Jiesia UK: Deliveries and Returns Policy
DELIVERIES
Order Processing:
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
- We strive to process all orders within 2 business days of receipt.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timescales:
- Standard delivery typically takes 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working days.
Delivery Costs:
- Standard delivery cost is £3.75
- We offer free standard delivery on orders above £75.
International Delivery:
- We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- We are sorry we cannot currently deliver to: Jersey, The Channel Islands, PO BOX addresses, secure home delivery boxes.
RETURNS
Our Returns Policy:
- We want you to be happy with your Jiesia UK purchase. In the unlikely event you do not wish to keep a product after it has arrived, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back to us.
- We take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery but unfortunately accidents can happen. Should any product arrive damaged or imperfect, please contact our Customer Service at info@jiesia.co.uk without any delay for further instructions.
How to Return an Item:
- Please pack the item very securely, in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the name and order number in the package.
- Return the product to the following address via a courier of your choice (tracking recommended) and at your cost.

4. Please keep your proof of postage for your reference.
Items eligible for return:
- Only unused and undamaged items, in their original condition can be returned.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Lost Packages
- Please note that we cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective Orders or Incorrect Deliveries
- Should we have delivered incorrect products to you or you discover a defect in your received product, please contact us at info@jiesia.co.uk without undue delay.
- Please note that you will be required to provide us with clear photographic evidence of the alleged fault or damage.
- We will confirm to you by email when your replacement order has been shipped or when your refund has been made, as applicable.
- Please note that replacements are only possible if we have the items in stock, in other cases you will receive a refund. All refunds will be made by crediting the payment card originally used for the original purchase.
